TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST WORK ROLE-
Talent acquisition specialist work in human resources field and assist in proper staffing of the organization .To do this , talent acquisition specialist will meet with member of the management and identify the job opening .talent acquisition specialist are responsible for the sourcing,attracting ,interviewing ,hiring and onboarding in a company .they factor long- term goal of the organization and acknowledge that people play huge role in companies future success.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing an effective recruiting strategy, encompassing the recruitment of both active and passive candidates using the internet, cold-calling and referrals.
- Experience with end to end hiring consultants on H 1 B visas for the organization
- Knowledgeable with all the H 1 B rules
- Good communication skills
- Polite, patient and a professional personality
- Team player
- Determining applicant requirements and placing job advertisements.
- Qualifying candidates, reviewing resumes, and calling potential candidates.
- Source candidates utilizing advanced recruitment skills while continuously seeking new ways and ideas to attract talent
- Manage a full cycle talent acquisition process ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Partner with the Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition team members to identify key requirements for each role
- Conduct application screening, first touch phone calls, and phone interviews
- ERP (specially Oracle Applications and SAP) knowledge a huge plus but not mandatory.
